Overview
RAVRRR respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international frameworks.
How Our Service Works
RAVRRR is a live DJ performance tool. Audio is processed temporarily for real-time playback at licensed venues and is automatically deleted from our servers within hours. We do not offer permanent storage, downloads, or redistribution of copyrighted content.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed through our Service, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our Service
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Designated Agent
Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the user who submitted the content (if applicable)
- Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same designated agent, including:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
RAVRRR will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
